There is something inside each of us that already knows where we are meant to go
I recently had the pleasure of joining Mark Stephen Pooler on Business Innovators Radio for a conversation about something that has shaped nearly every part of my life: frequency.
We talked about my journey from classical musician and composer to sound healer, energy healer, and Universal White Time Gemstone Healing teacher, along with the experiences that taught me to trust my intuition, follow what brings me joy, and allow my spiritual gifts to unfold.

Understanding Sound and Frequency Healing
Mark and I explored what frequency healing means to me after nearly two decades of working with sound, crystals, gemstones, and energy.
Sound has frequency. Light has frequency. Crystals carry frequencies. Our bodies produce and respond to frequencies, and even our thoughts and emotional states can influence the way we experience ourselves and the world around us.
My work brings these elements together through sound healing, crystal healing, gemstone therapy, vocal toning, meditation, and Universal White Time Healing.
Rather than looking at these practices as isolated tools, I see them as parts of a larger energetic ecosystem.
Universal White Time Gemstone Healing
Mark was especially curious about Universal White Time Gemstone Healing, a modality that has profoundly influenced my own spiritual journey.
For me, discovering Universal White Time was transformative. It expanded my understanding of what crystal and gemstone healing could be and ultimately led me to become one of the leading Universal White Time Gemstone Healing teachers in North America.
Today, one of my greatest joys is teaching other practitioners how to work with these frequencies for themselves and others.
Lemurian Seed Crystals and Remembering Who We Are
We also ventured into one of my favorite subjects: Lemurian Seed Crystals.
I often describe these crystals as living ascension tools. Through my own spiritual experiences and past-life recall, I’ve developed a deep connection with Lemurian consciousness and with the idea that certain crystals can act as catalysts for remembrance.
They may resonate especially strongly with people who have always felt a little different — people who look at the stars and feel an inexplicable sense of home, or who know intuitively that there is more to their purpose than the life they are currently living.
Ultimately, my work with Lemurian Seed Crystals isn’t about escaping this world. It’s about remembering more of who you are so you can bring your gifts into this world.
Shielding with Archangel Raphael
Mark also asked about my newest healing music project, Archangel Meditations, Volume 2: Shielding with Archangel Raphael.
This album grew from my work with Archangel Raphael and a specific shielding technique I was guided to share.
The recording combines a guided sound healing meditation with my angelic and shamanic vocal work, creating an experience designed to help you strengthen your energetic boundaries while reconnecting with the love and spiritual strength already within you.
Your Spiritual Awakening Should Still Be Your Own
Toward the end of our conversation, Mark asked who I most enjoy working with. My answer was simple: people who are ready to accelerate their spiritual growth.
I especially love supporting people who have recently experienced a spiritual awakening.
A teacher or healer can offer tools, guidance, frequencies, and perspective. But your spiritual journey should never become someone else’s journey. My role is to help you clear what is getting in the way so you can hear that inner guidance more clearly.
Believe in What Is Possible
Mark and I also talked about belief.
I believe our willingness to remain open has tremendous influence over what we allow ourselves to experience. You don’t have to understand everything about sound healing, energy healing, crystal healing, consciousness, or spiritual awakening before exploring it.
You can simply become curious. Be willing to experience. Be willing to listen. And perhaps most importantly, be willing to trust the things that genuinely bring you alive.
