Do this meditation anywhere that offers quiet, undisturbed time for at least 20 minutes. If circumstances allow, begin by lighting a candle. Use headphones to best block out audible distractions. Close your eyes, and slowly breathe in and out. Don’t put any expectations on yourself; just relax and receive the audio with an open mind.

End the meditation by putting your focus on the candle’s flame. Imagine that light around you, and let it encompass your field for the remainder of the day. Try to maintain a feeling of deep gratitude and appreciation for the gift that you are.
