The video above is a recording from my December 8th live sound healing at The Bridge Healing Arts Center in Farmington, CT. This event takes place bi-weekly on every other Thursday at 6:00pm EST. The audio as been edited. Noise was reduced, and light reverb has been added. This time I incorporated the energy of sunstone, and took the audience on a brief beginning guided meditation using the sunstone energy to connect with their souls spirits, and inner most aspect that is their unique part of source consciousness within, their sunspark. The meditation is difficult to make out, but the sound journey that follows is very clear. I went on to do an angelic blessings and shamanic clearing that is primarily focusing on the third eye for clarity, as well as the kidneys to release fear of the unknown and an uncertain future.
